Is pickup and delivery free?
Yes, pickup and delivery are free across all Jeddah districts, based on the available booking slots.
How long does it take?
Average turnaround is about 12 hours, depending on the items and quantity.
What if I'm not happy with a piece?
We have a free re-wash guarantee: message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we'll collect the piece and re-wash and iron it at no cost. (Details in our Terms & Conditions)
Are my clothes washed with other people's?
Never. Every order is washed separately, and we inspect every piece and treat stains before washing.
How do I book?
Tap “Book Pickup”, enter your name, district and time, and send. A ready WhatsApp message opens with all the details.
What is the express service?
When it can't wait: we reach you within 30–60 minutes depending on your location, and your clothes are back within 1–3 hours depending on quantity. An express service fee is added to item prices.
How much is shoe cleaning?
From 20 SAR depending on the shoe type (sneakers, leather, heels, kids).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can split your payment with Tabby and Tamara.
How do packages work?
You pay the package amount and get bigger credit to use on all our services. The bigger the package, the bigger the bonus.
Do you clean bisht and wedding dresses?
Yes, we give special hand care to luxury pieces: bisht, wedding dresses, evening gowns and embroidered abayas.
What is oud incense for clothes?
A luxurious Gulf touch: we perfume your thobes, abayas and bishts with oud after washing and ironing and before packing, so they arrive ready for your occasion. Add it to any order.
Do you serve hotels, restaurants and companies?
Yes, we have a dedicated business service: linens, towels and uniforms at volume-based prices, with pickups on your schedule. Tap “Request a business quote”.
How do I donate clothes?
Add “Clothes Donation” to your order or message us on WhatsApp. We collect, wash, pack and deliver them to people in need through charities.
Do you have a mobile app?
Coming soon, God willing 📱 We're working on the International Laundries VIP app. Until then, you can order everything from the website or in one tap on WhatsApp.
