At International Laundries VIP we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we need from you, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1 What data do we collect?

• Contact details: name and mobile number.
• Address details: district and full address, or the location you send us.
• Order details: items, services, ironing preferences, time and payment method.
• We never collect your bank card details on this website.

2 Why do we use it?

• To pick up your clothes and deliver them on time.
• To contact you about your order (confirmation, delays, ready for delivery).
• To manage your package credit if you are a subscriber.
• We may send you our offers on WhatsApp, and you can stop them anytime with one message.

3 How does the website handle your data?

• When you fill in the booking form, the website does not send your data to any server. It only prepares a WhatsApp message, and you are the one who taps send.
• To make things easier next time, the website saves your name, mobile, district, cart and preferences on your own device only (in your browser), and you can clear them from your browser settings.
• The website uses Google Fonts and Google Maps, which may log general technical data under Google’s policy.

4 Who do we share it with?

• We never sell or rent your data.
• We share only what is necessary with: the driver who picks up and delivers your order, and Tabby or Tamara if you choose installments (under their policies).
• Or with a competent government authority when required by law.

5 How long do we keep it?

• We keep your order data for as long as you are our customer, and for the periods required by law (such as tax invoices).

6 Your rights

• You can request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion by messaging us on WhatsApp at 057 301 0228.
• We will respond within a reasonable time in line with the law.
